Michael E. Stone
While remaining “of counsel” to the firm, after 51 years of reals estate litigation Mr. Stone retired from active practice on January 1, 2021.
He was a graduate from Boalt Hall School of Law in 1969 and while there was a Moot Court competition winner. During his career, Mr. Stone represented Foreclosure Trustees, Foreclosing Lenders, Victims of Wrongful Foreclosures, as well as Title Companies, Banks, Real Estate Developers, Contractors, Brokers, Agents, Mortgage Companies, and numerous Property Owners, Buyers and Sellers. He was well regarded for his innovative solutions to different Real Estate issues.
Mike and his wife now reside in the Lake Travis area of Texas, but he remains in touch with his associate, Leo B. Siegel.
